Guitar Piezo
What is the difference between the piezo's? (electric, intercom, pulse, etc)?
I have a project for science fair where I'm going to pick up a guitar with a piezo electric buzzer but I went to Radio Shack site and there are many different piezoelectric. Is there a difference between them? Can I use any of them to make a guitar pickup? Thank you.
The piezoelectric effect Where is the pressure or vibrations in crystals or materials ceramic to generate electricity or vice versa, when the electric charge induces changes in the way or alternating current generates vibrations. So yes, the effect is reversible, and may use a piezoelectric speaker back like a guitar pickup. If appropriate depends on physical restraint.
