Black and white gold stratocaster EVH?
Ok, I'm starting a painting of my father. My idea is white with black stripes, Eddie Van Halen style, but with a twist. I want to add hardware or her at all. Everything, tremolo, knobs, tuners, all screws. I need to know if they look cool as well as The Clash and look stupid. Anyway I paint I want him to have all the gold hardware. So, if black and white do not work well, there would be other colors I could do for a style EVH guitar painted with gold hardware? Thanks …
First of all the gold would be lost on white background, at least in the sense of public perception. His idea is fine, but you need to create the design for any / all equipment is backed by black. I guess you could modify the design to meet rigorous expressed, the visual difference between the black and gold, though not exactly a victim Van Halen. Just my two "sense"
